SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

All book orders (except bulk orders) are shipped via US Postal Service. The following shipping rates apply to regular orders:

Standard Shipping - USPS Media (Economy) Mail (4 - 7 days) – FREE

 

Note: Media Mail is a discounted rate for written materials only. It is slightly slower than Priority Mail, but Media Mail also includes tracking information.

 

Order Confirmation:

Orders are confirmed via email. If you fail to receive a notification, contact us directly at 253-857-7716 or via email at info@dodgepublications.com (Mon – Fri -- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST).

 

Order Shipment:

Orders are typically filled within two business days. If there is an unforeseen delay, you will be notified via the email address you provided.

 

Damages:

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you see any damage, please send a photo of the damage to info@dodgepublications.com and we will immediately replace the damaged item(s). It is not necessary to return the damage items(s).

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not issued, but damaged items will be replaced.

 

For Bulk Orders or Assistance with Orders:

  • If ordering 25 books or more, contact us directly for shipping options and fees.

  • If ordering 50 books or more, contact us directly for an increased discount and payment and shipping options.

Security:

Our purchasing site is secure via encryption. Once an order is processed, credit card information is safely discarded. We do not retain website cookies.
